This all level Vinyasa Flow class is a way to cultivate a better relationship with the body. A much more communicative one! By both flowing and holding the poses, the mind can better understand the structural integrity of our own bodies. This helps to improve posture as well as release tension and stress that accumulates throughout the day and throughout our lives. It is also a great workout to get the heart pumping and tone the body for an all around healthier experience!

We also learn how to work with the breath. The breath is the gateway to further understand how our minds work. Noticing how the breath changes when the postures get more challenging is the first step. Vinyasa Flow is like the instruction manual to our own vehicle; the human body. Through this class, you will learn how to maintain and best operate your vehicle.

Simple practices for clearing your energy field and promoting healthy thoughts and feelings are implemented to raise your level of consciousness. Step away from your worries and fears as you give your body a rejuvenating lift.

Raise Your Vibration Stretch and Meditation Series Combo/6 Week Sessions

It’s no accident that the Raise Your Vibration Stretch and the Meditation Series are back to back. Get the most out of each class by taking both! During the stretch, you will release tension and lower vibrational energies from you physical body, your mind, and your energy field. Specific exercises from Chi Kung and Dahn Yoga help you cleanse and energize in preparation for a download of high vibrational energies during meditation.  Having emptied your mind of worries and stress during stretch, you are now primed and ready to dive into a deep and relaxing meditation experience.
