Raise your Vibration Stretch Class

This easy but effective stretch class combines principles from Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Dahn Yoga to efficiently stretch away stress from your mind and body. Simple practices for clearing your energy field and promoting healthy thoughts and feelings are implemented to raise your level of consciousness. Step away from your worries and fears as you give your body a rejuvenating lift.

Meditation

Learn to relax, focus your mind, and relieve stress. This class incorporates many styles of meditation, giving you access to the best techniques for centering yourself, washing away stress, and promoting a healthy mind and body. This class follows the Raise your Vibration Stretch class, which prepares your heart, mind, and body for a deeper,
more satisfying, experience of meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga

This all level Vinyasa Flow class is a way to cultivate a better relationship with the body. A much more communicative one! By both flowing and holding the poses, the mind can better understand the structural integrity of our own bodies. This helps to improve posture as well as release tension and stress that accumulates throughout the day and throughout our lives. It is also a great workout to get the heart pumping and tone the body for an all around healthier experience!

We also learn how to work with the breath. The breath is the gateway to further understand how our minds work. Noticing how the breath changes when the postures get more challenging is the first step. Vinyasa Flow is like the instruction manual to our own vehicle; the human body. Through this class, you will learn how to maintain and best operate your vehicle.

Effective Communications

A four week series to help you enhance and refine your ability to communicate with family, coworkers, and your world from a place of peace and non-judgment. You will learn the skills to exist in a perpetual state of calm, even in the most chaotic environments. Becoming non-reactive gives you access to powerful communication in all areas of your life. This class is also available on site to small businesses and corporations.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that is simple to perform, yet produces powerful results. There are four basic levels of course work available, Level I, Level II, Level III and the Reiki Master’s training. Beginning with Level I, you are equipped to practice Reiki on yourself and others. Level II takes you deeper into the practice, providing you with more tools and training to increase the effectiveness of Reiki, treat mental/emotional issues, and heal over distance. Level III gives you the ability to magnify the Reiki energy and supplies you with even greater tools for transformation and healing. The Reiki Master training prepares you to pass along the skills and ability to practice Reiki. Reiki is not a religious practice and does not conflict with any belief system.
